E-Commerce Fashion Store
Overview

An indie fashion brand was losing sales at the cart. The catalog was beautiful, the checkout was not. We rebuilt the front-end on top of Shopify's headless API and added an AI stylist on top.

The result is a storefront where browsing feels like flipping a magazine and buying takes three taps from anywhere on the site.

Challenges
  • 1

Pull product data from Shopify without sacrificing static performance for marketing pages.

  • 2

Personalize recommendations without shipping a 200KB ML library to mobile.

  • 3

Make the cart and checkout reliable on flaky 3G connections.

What was built
👗

AI stylist

A small server-side model suggests outfits that pair with the item you just viewed.

🛒

Slide-over cart

Adding to cart never breaks browsing — the cart slides over the catalog with a smooth spring.

💳

One-page checkout

Shipping, payment and review collapse into a single, keyboard-friendly form.

📦

Order tracking

Customers follow their package without leaving the brand experience.
